Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to keep things as flexible as possible while ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their sessions. Below is our simple rescheduling and cancellation policy:" 📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations: - You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session. - If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, just drop us a quick message, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. - No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations (more than three times in a 12-month period) may result in a small £50 rescheduling fee or loss of session, as this time has been reserved for you. 💳 Paid Sessions (Ad-Hoc Bookings): -If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll happily reschedule or issue a refund if needed. -Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled on a case-by-case basis. 🔄 Membership & Subscription Sessions (Quarterly/Annual Reviews) -Missed or last-minute cancellations more than three times per year may result in a small £50 rebooking fee or the session being forfeited. -We encourage early rescheduling to make sure you get the full benefit of your package. ⚠️ Late Arrivals: -If you're running late, no stress!
